This Guide has been created as a quick reference for anyone reading or applying Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) according to the ISO GPS (Geometric Product Specification) set of standards. The text explains new and revised concepts from the 2017 revision of the ISO 1101 standard. Other standards will be listed in this Guide (not in full) for understanding the main concepts.

The information contained in this guide is intended as a reference for determining the meaning of engineering drawings that have been made in accordance with ISO GPS standards.
